Keyona has been super helpful over the past few years. If I ever have a question about financial aid or need advice, I know I can always count on her. She has helped me through my undergraduate years and now has helped me prepare for my graduate program. Keyona is always eager to help and is very knowledgeable. If you are having trouble navigating through financial aid or just need a little guidance, Keyona is your go-to person.

 Keyona has a vast knowledge of financial aid information that she has utilized within her many years of higher education. She continuously helps students of all ages research opportunities to fund their education and has now added academic advising to her experience to provide more well rounded discussions to students and family members. She has a passion for helping students progress through their degree programs and overcoming obstacles to their goals. 

Keyona Wilson is exceptional at assisting students and families with educational guidance and advice regarding financial aid, the application and course enrollment process.  I was always impressed with her firm grasp of federal, state and private financial aid packages and how thorough she was at providing students with all of their options regarding higher education assistance.

Educational and financial advising can be tough, however, Keyona’s interpersonal skills were always on point and she mastered communicating on a friendly and professional level with students,  families and colleagues.  One of her number one goals was to ensure that important information and details were conveyed clearly and concisely.

Keyona knows the ins and outs of the financial aid process and the laws pertaining to funding on the federal and state levels.  In addition she flourished at following through and tracking the advancement of students by planning schedules, recommending courses and assisting them with determining educational solutions.

As Keyona’s manager I was always impressed with her willingness to thoroughly explain complex policies to students and families to ensure that their financial aid application process and course enrollment was a smooth transition.

All in all working with Keyona was an honor, she was a stellar employee and her dedication, enthusiasm and personal attributes will never be forgotten! 

 You never have to feel overwhelmed or concerned about financial aid or anything academic when you have Ms. Wilson on your team. She's very knowledgeable and reputable, and all your worries will be put to rest. Never question her knowledge!!! 

 Keyona has been in the financial aid field for over 12 years and has worked for many schools including University of Phoenix, Strayer University, and Chamberlain College of Nursing. I had the pleasure of working with her during her time at Strayer and have nothing but positive things to say! Her knowledge of financial aid policies and regulations is immense and she has helped thousands of students navigate through the complexities that involve financial aid and especially the verification process. She is patient, caring and genuinely wants to help the student so that they can change their lives as they progress through their education. There is no one I would trust more than Keyona! 

 Intelligent, resourceful, knowledgeable, are just a few terms of many that come to mind when I think of Ms. Keyona Wilson.  She held a workshop on College Preparedness, and captivated everyone in the room.  She provided information on how to properly file taxes and the time frame in which they needed to be consistent, how the process works, and how to efficiently pay for school.  Since we are working with Middle School students, that information was essential to my parents.  As the Parent Liaison, this workshop is something that I would love to have Ms. Wilson do again and again. 

 Every question has a answer. Every problem has a solution. Keyona has been my person to help solve all my school troubles. I have experienced all my classes being dropped, on numerous occasions from different schools. I began to get frustrated because no school would help me get the needed documents to avoid all my classes being drop. For the last 3 years, I have not been dropped from any classes thanks to help of Keyona. Every year i am selected for verification and she helps me gets verified. If it was not for her, I wouldn’t know half the things I know about education, student loans, or financial aid.
